New Highmark Stadium leaves some Bills fans disappointed

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (NBC, KYMA) - Buffalo Bills fans were excited to get first look at their seats in the new Highmark Stadium, but some came away feeling disappointed.

Jared Carlson shared the obstructed view from his newly purchased seats.

"And then on top of the glass there's a shiny silver trim that goes around the top that obstructs your view also," said Jared Carlson, Bills season ticket holder. I was not too happy especially after the amount of money we spent."

$6,000 for four seats in row one.

The Bills say it's "addressing internal and external feedback" before the season opener, while some fans were left feeling let down, a lot of fans liked their view.

An image by the Associated Press (AP) is getting a lot of attention where it appears the press box blocks the far end zone.

The Bills told the AP the seats in last row won't be sold for football.
