USMNT taking on Mexico in friendly

GLENDALE, Ariz. (KYMA) - The United States Men's National Team is scheduled to face Mexico on Oct. 3 at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, bringing a matchup known for its passionate atmosphere and high level of competition to the Grand Canyon State.

While the match will not carry the same stakes or global attention as some of the international competitions contested earlier this summer, it will provide Arizona soccer fans with a chance to experience premier international competition in person. The event is expected to attract fans of both national teams, two of the most widely supported international soccer programs in the state.

The October matchup will add another chapter to the longstanding rivalry while giving local fans an opportunity to see elite international talent compete on Arizona soil.
