Wheezys to host fundraiser for man in need of liver transplant

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA) - Wheezys Restaurant & Sports Bar is hosting a fundraiser for a man in need of a liver transplant.

Shawn's Takeover is taking place at the restaurant, located 11732 S. Fortuna Road, Tuesday, August 4, at 4 p.m.

This is to raise funds for a man named Shawn who is in need of a liver transplant, and the fundraiser is said to "ease the burden of medical bills and recovery expense."

During the fundraiser, there will be raffles, a 50/50 drawing and a silent auction.

Those who attend the fundraiser must present the flyer or a picture of the flyer to their server when ordering food.

The fundraiser will go until 7 p.m.
