78th Emmy Award nominations announced

(NBC, KYMA) - The nominations for the 78th Annual Emmy Awards were announced Wednesday morning.

Emmy winners Liza Colón-Zayas (The Bear) and Jeff Hiller (Somebody Somewhere) hosted the event.

It was "The Pitt" leading the way with the most nominations, including Noah Wyle for Lead Actor in a Drama Series.

The HBO series "Hacks" garnered the second most nods.

The 78th Emmy Awards, hosted by multiple Emmy winner Mariska Hargitay, will be presented on Monday, September 14, 2026 and you can watch all the action on NBC and Peacock.
