Harvey Weinstein hospitalized after suffering heart failure

(NBC, KYMA) - Harvey Weinstein is recovering in the hospital after suffering heart failure.

He was taken to the hospital on June 25 suffering from heart failure which was exasperated by pneumonia, according to his spokesperson.

Weinstein is currently recovering at Bellevue.

June 25 was the same day prosecutors announced their decision not to pursue a fourth trial of the rape charge related to accusations from actress Jessica Mann.

Weinstein is expected to be sentenced on September 23 after being found guilty of separate sexual assault charges.
