Kofa’s Ryan Rosas up for Arizona Republic Baseball player of the year

Kings standout becomes Yuma County's lone representative on statewide recognition list

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA) - Kofa High School standout Ryan Rosas is being recognized among Arizona's top high school baseball players after earning a spot on The Arizona Republic's 2026 All-Arizona High School Baseball Team ballot.

Rosas is the only player from Yuma County included among the nominees, capping off an impressive senior season for the Kings. The versatile standout made an impact both at the plate and in the field, helping lead Kofa throughout the spring and establishing himself as one of the premier players in the state.

The All-Arizona team honors the top high school baseball talent across Arizona. Final results are scheduled to be announced Sunday, June 7.
