City bus in North Carolina crashes into the woods

RALEIGH, N.C. (CBS, KYMA) - Police are investigating a Wednesday morning crash in Raleigh where a city bus veered off the road and into the woods.

Officers responded to the area of Interstate 440 west near Brentwood Road around 8:40 a.m. Eastern, according to the Raleigh Police Department.

A spokesperson said the GoRaleigh bus crossed the shoulder before the crash. The driver had minor injuries, and no passengers were on board.

Footage captured by a CBS affiliate in Raleigh shows a tow truck pulling the bus out of the woods.
