KYOTO, Japan (CBS, KYMA) - Cherry blossoms began blooming across Japan in late March, adding a splash of pink to parks across the nation.
X user @366Bluesky shared the footage of Maruyama Park in Kyoto Wednesday as visitors enjoyed the sight.
"The blooming has become noticeable, but it'll take a few more days to reach full splendour," the source wrote to X.
Cherry blossom trees were expected to reach full bloom between March 25 to April 28.
