Palisades Village hosts annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony

PACIFIC PALISADES, Calif. (NBC, KYMA) - Palisades Village hosted its annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony Saturday.

Even though the property remains temporarily closed after being affected by January's Palisade Fire, neighbors and community members were invited to the village to continue a heartfelt tradition.

Santa Claus even made an appearance, magically lighting the tree with some special help.

The 50-foot White Fir was decorated with 3,000 lights and over 1,500 ornaments. Once the tree began to shine, a gentle snowfall came down to reflect the strength and spirit of the Palisades.

The entire evening was full of holiday magic including musical entertainments and seasonal crafts and snacks.

Palisades Village is a walkable property with over 40 boutiques, entertainment, and food experiences including specialty retailers.

The village will reopen in August 2026.
