CAUGHT ON CAMERA: Roads in Los Angeles inundated with floodwaters

(CBS, KYMA) - Motorists in North Hollywood navigated floodwaters during a severe thunderstorm that swept Southern California Tuesday.

Los Angeles County officials issued evacuation warnings for areas close to burn scars, due to the risk of mud and debris flow.

"Anyone in these areas should be ready to leave at a moment's notice. Gather loved ones, pets, documents, medications, and other important supplies before the storm arrives," officials warned.
