A comfortable Sunday previews the beginning of the week

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA) - Sunday had some clouds covering the sun, but humidity has decreased and temperatures continue to sit in the moderate range for mid-October.

Temperatures are ranging in the high-80s and low-90s across the Desert Southwest. Tacna and Dateland are the two outliers, sitting in the low-80s.

These same conditions should remain in the region heading into Monday.

Expect wind gusts to keep calm Sunday night and into Monday morning, with a chance to increase above 20 mph in the Imperial Valley Monday afternoon.

Yuma County will also see an increase in gusts, but will remain lower than its county neighbor to the left.
