Dog in Florida leads deputy to injured senior citizen

DESTIN, Fla. (CBS, KYMA) - A loyal dog named Eeyore led a sheriff's deputy to his owner's mother last month after she had fallen while walking.

The initial call came to Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office from a distraught husband. However, the faithful four-legged friend came to the rescue by bringing Deputy Devon Miller to her.

The elderly lady is 86 and she went to a local medical facility for evaluation.

"Oh Eeyore, you're a good boy. Grandma loves you," the woman said as the dog is showered in love.
