Holtville cruises past Southwest 54-6 en route to their fifth win of the season

The Vikings continue their dominance extending their win streak to four while Southwest struggles against new IVL powerhouse

HOLTVILLE, Calif. (KYMA) - The Holtville Vikings coasted to a 54-6 victory over the Southwest Eagles on Thursday night at Birger Field.

The win for the Vikings marks their fifth win of the season and their fourth in a row.

Meanwhile, the Eagles fall to 1-6 on the season.

Holtville had five guys find the end zone including Enrique Armas who rushed for over 200 yards and two touchdowns.

Both teams start League play in their next games. The Vikings will take on the Central Spartans while the Eagles will face the Vincent Memorial Scots.
