Man arrested for shooting at an ABC affiliate station in Sacramento

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (NBC, KYMA) - A Sacramento man has been arrested of shooting into the ABC10 television station's lobby Friday.

Police arrested 64-year-old Anibal Hernandez-Santana at a home in the River Park area after investigators linked him to a vehicle suspected in the shooting.

Hernandezsantana was booked into the Sacramento County Main Jail on charges of assault with a deadly weapon, shooting into an occupied building and negligent discharge of a firearm.

It is not clear if he has an attorney at this time.

No one was injured in Friday's shooting at the ABC10 building, and investigators have not determined if the gunfire was connected to protests that took place there the day before, which was related to ABC's suspension of "Jimmy Kimmel Live."
