TRAVERSE CITY, Mich. (NBC, KYMA/KECY) - Surveillance video has been released that shows the terrifying moments when a man stabbed numerous people at a Michigan Walmart last month.
In the surveillance video released by the Grand Traverse County Sheriff's Office, the suspect, 42-year-old Bradford Gille, approached several people inside the store with what police confirmed was a folding knife.
He also appears to stab at least one person outside of the Walmart as he attempted to flee the scene.
Gille was stopped by a group of good samaritans, including a Marine Veteran, and arrested by police.
A total of 11 people were injured, and Gille was charged with terrorism and 11 counts of assault with intent to murder.
The suspect was set to have a competency hearing last week, but it was postponed to Friday, August 22.
