NASA’s SpaceX Crew 11 docks at ISS

(NBC, KYMA/KECY) - NASA'S SpaceX Crew 11 successfully docked at the International Space Station (ISS) Saturday morning.

The docking, which happened just before 2:30 a.m. Eastern, marked the end of a 15-hour journey for the Dragon capsule Endeavor, which launched Friday from the Kennedy Space Center in Florida.

Now, the international four-person crew, made up of NASA astronauts Zena Cardman and Mike Fincke, Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) astronaut Kimiya Yui and Roscosmos cosmonaut Oleg Platonov, will begin their six month-long stay at the space station alongside the Expedition 73 crew.
