CAUGHT ON CAMERA: Tornado touches down in South Dakota

WATERTOWN, S.D. (CBS, KYMA/KECY) - A tornado was spotted near Watertown, South Dakota, as the National Weather Service issued warnings the the area Sunday.

The footage was captured by Kelli Theron and posted to Instagram Sunday.

"Crazy tornado in Watertown tonight," she said in the Instagram post.

The NWS said the situation was "life threatening" and urged residents to seek shelter.
