Notable winds and heat round out weekend

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - Gusts are blowing through Yuma County and the Imperial Valley as the weekend comes to a close.

Temperatures are hovering the average level for late July.

It will take a dip into the 90s as night rolls around before peaking back in the low 100s again Monday.

Wind gusts will calm down tonight but resume their 20 mph form by late Monday morning, making for a refreshing weather pattern to begin the week.
