Half of Americans dissatisfied by release of Jeffrey Epstein info
(CNN, KYMA/KECY) - A new CNN poll shows half of Americans say they're dissatisfied with the amount of information the Trump Administration has released about the Jeffrey Epstein case.
The poll was taken just days after the Justice Department released a memo saying there is no evidence Epstein kept a client list or was murdered.
Epstein was a disgraced financier and convicted sex offender who died in 2019 while awaiting his federal trial. His death was ruled a suicide.
On the campaign trail, President Donald Trump said he'd consider releasing more government files on the case.
Many Trump supporters hoped that would implicate other high-profile figures or undercut the notion that Epstein killed himself.
