Sick four-year-old girl can stay in the U.S. for treatment
(CNN, KYMA/KECY) - A Mexican family is being allowed to stay in the U.S. while their sick four-year-old daughter receives life-saving care.
Their attorney says immigration services granted them a one year humanitarian parole.
This comes after the family's emergency visa was revoked back in April.
The four-year-old girl is receiving treatment at Children's Hospital in Los Angeles for a rare condition.
The equipment being used is not available outside of the U.S.
