Lori Vallow Daybell found guilty in her murder conspiracy trial
PHOENIX (KYMA, KECY) - The jury found Lori Vallow Daybell, the so-called "Doomsday Mom," guilty in her murder conspiracy trial Tuesday afternoon.
The verdict comes a day after both the prosecution and Vallow Daybell, who represented herself in the trial, presented their closing arguments respectively.
Vallow Daybell has now been convicted of conspiracy to commit first degree murder in the death of her husband, Charles Vallow, which she pleaded not guilty to.
Vallow Daybell was already sentenced to life in prison in Idaho for murdering her two children and conspiring to kill her husband's former wife.
This was one of two trials Vallow Daybell is facing in the state of Arizona. The other trial is in regards of her conspiring to murder Brandon Boudreaux, her ex's nephew-in-law, which has been scheduled for early June, according to CNN.
Sentencing for this trial will take place after the conclusion of her second trial.
