Trial dates set in residential shooting case

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - Trial dates have been tentatively set for the Yuma man accused of shooting another man last October. 

24-year-old Gabriel Taddei is being charged with two counts of aggravated assault.

According to the Yuma Police Department, Taddei shot a 29-year-old man in the area of East 40th Place.

The victim was transported to Onvida Health and treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

Judge Claudia Gonzalez set tentative trial dates beginning in April of next year.

Taddei will be back in court on May 23.
