Jury selected in Lori Vallow Daybell’s murder conspiracy trial

PHOENIX (KYMA, KECY) - The jury has been selected in the murder conspiracy trial for Arizona's "Doomsday Mom."

The jury was seated and sworn in for the first of two trials for Lori Vallow Daybell.

There appears to be 13 men and three women on the jury. 12 of the jurors will ultimately deliberate, and four of them will be alternates.

Vallow Daybell is on trial in Arizona for conspiring to kill her former husband, Charles Vallow, who died in July of 2019 in Chandler.

Vallow Daybell pleaded not guilty and will be representing herself in the trial, and this is the first of two trials she faces in Arizona.
