Growing number of Americans want to move abroad, according to research poll
(CBS, KYMA/KECY) - There's a growing number of Americans saying they're ready to move to another country.
A new Talker Research poll of 2,000 Americans finds 17% of them want to go.
Ireland comes in at number five among the top countries Americans want to relocate to while 10% say they'd live in Australia, putting it at number four on the list.
England is third, with culture and way of life being the big draw.
Food has Americans looking at Italy, which comes in at number two on the list, and the top foreign country Americans want to live in is Canada.
The country's high-quality healthcare, landscape and practical approach to work-life balance are given as the top reasons.
