Imperial Girls Basketball rolls past St. Joseph Academy, advances to Semis

IMPERIAL, Calif. (KYMA, KECY) - The Imperial Tigers kept their season alive with a dominant 49-23 victory over St. Joseph Academy in the playoffs.

The win marks Imperial's 13th straight, as they continue their unbeaten run at home with nine consecutive victories. Now sitting at 25-4 on the season, the Tigers have been lighting up the scoreboard, averaging nearly 57 points per game during this stretch.

Next up, Imperial faces Otay Ranch on Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. The matchup will be a battle of two red-hot teams, as Otay Ranch enters on a 10-game winning streak. A spot in the CIF San Diego Championship is on the line.
