WARREN, Mich. (AP) — Kamala Harris is courting working-class voters in Michigan. She’s campaigning in the state on Monday and toured a semiconductor chip factory in Saginaw and a labor union training facility in Warren. She’s also holding a rally in Ann Arbor, home of the University of Michigan, featuring singer Maggie Rogers. Michigan is among the handful of states that the Democratic vice president and her Republican rival Donald Trump are battling to win in the presidential election. Harris criticized Trump’s record toward organized labor and toured the semiconductor factory days after Trump criticized the bipartisan legislation that’s providing the company with money to help build a new factory that will bring jobs to the state.
