SAN DIEGO, Calif. (KYMA, KECY) - The U.S. Coast Guard says nearly 20,000 pounds of cocaine seized in the eastern Pacific Ocean is now in San Diego.

The coke was seized between mid-November and mid-January during eight separate operations by four different cutters. On Monday, it was offloaded at Naval Base San Diego. The drugs have an estimated street value of $338-million.

The Coast Guard says its maritime campaign against drug cartels involves numerous U.S. agencies, as well as the U.S. Navy.
