“With mental health identified as a top health priority in our latest community health assessment, we hope this platform is a way to help destigmatize mental health, and hopefully get these useful and readily available resources into the hands of those who need it most,” said Ryan Butcher, Communications and Community Engagement Coordinator at Yuma County Health District.
Yuma County said CredibleMind also offers assessments to provide personalized insights into mental health profiles.
Examples of their assessments are "Is it Job Stress or Burnout?" or "What's Your Meditation Style?" which empower users to gain deeper self-awareness and access resources to help them out in their mental health journey.
