Jerome Hall sentencing delayed
YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - The sentencing for the Yuma man convicted of second-degree murder is delayed.
The request to prolong sentencing came from the attorney of 34-year-old Jerome Hall.
Hall was convicted last month of shooting and killing Tyrone Hall at the Maverick bar in Yuma in 2021.
Attorney Jose Padilla requested a mitigation hearing to determine if Hall's sentence would run consecutively or concurrently.
Hall's sentencing was rescheduled for next month.
