Summer of giving water challenge

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - It's that time of year when hydration is a high priority for everyone in Yuma County.

So this summer, local businesses are giving back to residents who don't have access to fresh drinking water.

Yuma Investment Group, along with Core Engineering Group are challenging all Yuma businesses to match their $500 donation towards the purchase of bottled water at Crossroads Mission.

With the extreme summer temperatures, Crossroads Mission gives out over a pallet of water bottles each week.

In response to this urgent summer need, Yuma Investment Group decided to take action.

They first challenged Core Engineering Group and they quickly got on board with their matching $500 donation.

Together, they are extending the invitation to help the entire community.
