Memorial Day forecast

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - Triple digits will continue on Monday in Yuma and the Imperial Valley with sunny skies , with a high near 100.

It will also be breezy, with an east wind 5 to 15 mph becoming south in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 20 mph.

Temperatures will continue to increase after Memorial Day and stick in triple-digits through the rest of the week. Afternoon temperatures reaching as high as 105 in Yuma by mid-week and 107 in Imperial Valley by mid-week, as well.

Overnight lows also begin to increase, consistently reaching 70 degree temperatures overnight.
