Heavy winds push through the Desert Southwest

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA) - Higher winds are making their way through the region Saturday and will continue to do so for the next few days.
Gusts in the Yuma area are expected to sit between 15-20mph throughout Saturday and, at least, into Sunday.
Over in Imperial County, winds shouldn't get quite up to 20mph but will sit in the high teens in the same time range. Blythe and Quartzsite will see the highest winds tonight, with gusts anticipated to get up to 25mph.
The high wind gusts are also effecting the air quality. Moderate conditions covered our region Friday and it's looking like it will be no better Saturday.
Be careful if you are sensitive to the poor air conditions. Wearing a mask is always a safe play.
As for the temperatures, they should be pretty consistent across the board for the whole weekend. Highs today will get into the high 60s and that's expected to repeat on Sunday. 66-69°F is looking like the range we will experience for highs.
