Extreme Heat Warnings remain in effect through Friday.

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - Extreme Heat Warnings remain in effect across the viewing area through Friday as lower desert high temperatures range from 108 to 116 degrees.

Conditions will remain very dry with an increase in breezy conditions.

Friday marks the first day of summer with temps still above average, however, cooling trend is expected over the weekend resulting in slightly below normal temps starting Sunday and lasting through early next week.
