FIRST ALERT FORECAST: Stronger winds potentially coming soon as temps will still decrease

As winds increase to as high as 30 miles per hour, temperatures are still expected to drop to the 70's range by next week

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - A low pressure system tracking across northern Mexico through early Wednesday will bring scattered showers and thunderstorms across the Arizona higher terrain Tuesday, with very little to no activity expected across the lower deserts.

Thereafter, mainly tranquil weather will prevail through the rest of the week with temperatures near normal.
