Patchy blowing dust is also possible with these winds for Imperial County.

The current lower pressure system is staying up to the north, but bringing a few weak short-waves that
will not lead to much for our area, but it will help continue trend temperatures below normal for at least the next few days and strengthen our winds for the next few evenings.

Breezy to windy conditions is expected to redevelop again for Thursday evening where stronger winds will yet again favor Imperial County.

A warming trend is in store for the end of this week and into the weekend as ridging starts to slowly build over the region leading to the hottest temperatures of the year so far on Saturday and Sunday.

Dry conditions will persist ahead of our next system will knock temperatures back down slightly and bring back in breezy conditions to start next week.
