Cooler afternoons and even colder mornings

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY-TV) - Cooler than normal temperatures settle across the region, where afternoon highs will trend into the low to mid-60s.

As for our overnight lows, colder mornings are expected this weekend and early next week with freezing conditions likely over La Paz County.

With cold morning temperatures expected over the next several days, here are some safety tips to keep you, your pets, and your home safe.

Mainly dry with below-normal temperatures over the next several days.

The next weather system will arrive early Friday morning bringing back gustier winds and colder mornings.
