YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - Not much has changed between Monday and Tuesday here in the Desert Southwest, as far as our temperatures are concerned.
Once again, our daytime highs only reached the lower 90s across the board with minimal wind features to go with it.
But, an strengthening ridge of high pressure from the West will change all of that starting on Wednesday.
We should feel our highs rise into the high 90s and low 100s as soon as the Cinco De Mayo holiday on Thursday.
That heat momentum should continue into the coming Mother's Day weekend.
