YUMA, Ariz. ( KYMA, KECY-TV ) - A mostly dry weather system is forecast to move through the region on Thursday bringing gusty winds to the area, especially across southeast California and southwest Arizona where blowing dust will be possible in the afternoon and evening. Slight chances for precipitation will accompany this system, particularly from Phoenix eastward. Quiet weather returns Friday with a quick warming trend eventually   leading to temperatures back into the eighties by early next week
