Increase in cloud coverage today along with warm temperatures for now

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY-TV) — Today we will be dealing with extra clouds and will only increase in cloud cover by lunchtime. Temperatures are staying warm and slightly above normal for today the average is 72-degrees.

Wind will be very light for today and tomorrow, however, we are expected for gusty winds come Wednesday with gusts 30 to 40 MPH, so enjoy the light wind conditions for now.

A ridge of high pressure will keep us warm and dry until Tuesday before we have a change-up in our weather conditions.

By tomorrow we will continue to see some clouds and precipitation which could bring us some light sprinkles, but still nothing to ruin any outdoor plans. Temperatures will remain in the 70s, but come Wednesday we will cool down with chillier temperatures. We are looking the majority of the week to be in the low and upper 60s.
