First Alert Forecast: Rain on the way?

The Desert Southwest could see rain move into the area in the late morning hours on Thursday

YUMA, Ariz ( KYMA, KECY-TV ) - The best chances should occur later Thursday through Friday with fairly widespread lower desert rain and higher terrain snow. Below normal temperatures will persist through the weekend with some potential for overnight freezing temperatures this weekend. Drier conditions and a slow warming trend looks likely starting Sunday, lasting through the first half of next week.
