Temperatures cool down for the weekend

YUMA COUNTY, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY)- The unseasonably warm temperatures will continue into next week with high temperatures across the lower deserts near 100 degrees the next few days before temperatures climb back to near 105 degrees again next week.

According to the National Weather Service (NWS), sunny to mostly sunny conditions will prevail for the entire forecast period.

On Saturday, sunny skies will prevail with a high near 99. Calm wind will be coming from the west southwest region at around 5 miles per hour in the afternoon.

In the overnight hours on Saturday, mostly clear skies are expected with a low around 68.

On Sunday, sunny skies will prevail with a high near 99.

Calm wind will be coming from the west southwest region around 5 miles per hour in the afternoon.
