More of the same weather conditions in the Desert Southwest

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA) - Winds picked up more than anticipated Sunday and will continue to remain in the 15-20 mph range across the region throughout the night. Gusts will die down as Monday morning rolls around.

Highs hovered around the 90 °F mark, which is expected to be the case for the next couple of days, as well.

Some clouds may roll through the Imperial Valley on Monday, but other than that, the sun will be shining bright for the rest of Sunday and the beginning of the work week, with traces of precipitation.

Humidity will reach its peak on Sunday evening before decreasing on Monday to make for comfortable conditions.
