Calm and sunny conditions for this weekend

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA) - Temperatures kicked back up into the low 90s this weekend with max temps reaching 92 °F today and the same is expected for Sunday.

Winds remain under control with the only areas expected to see double-digit wind speed being Salton City and Quartzsite.

Other than that, all of the Desert Southwest will experience next to no wind over the course of the following 24 hours.

Humid air is expected to play a factor in the weather this weekend, but will not reach tropical levels. Levels will fluctuate throughout the weekend with Saturday evening and early Sunday afternoon seeing the highest levels.
