Get ready for warmer conditions throughout both counties, as temperatures could be heading towards the 70's by Friday

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - More warm conditions are on the way for the area, as temperatures warm up into the 70's over the next few days.

Winds however are expected to remain very calm.
