FIRST ALERT FORECAST: Excessive heat warning extended for both counties

High heat will remain for both Imperial and Yuma Counties until Tuesday, and storm chances are still expected for the Arizona side

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - Excessive heat warnings are now extended for both sides of the Desert Southwest, with temps expected to rise to as high as 116 degrees.

Rain chances are also still expected for Yuma County, with 20% chances for Tuesday and Wednesday.
