Triple digits temps to remain through desert southwest

YUMA, Ariz. ( KYMA, KECY-TV ) - Cloud cover associated with a weak disturbance this afternoon will clear out through this evening and allow for mostly clear skies to prevail. Dry, warm conditions will persist going into the weekend with Friday and Saturday expected to be the warmest days. Temperatures will remain near to slightly above normal as lower desert highs remain around 100 degrees for most locations.
