May 21st, 2021
YUMA, Ariz., (KYMA, KECY) - A massive low pressure system continues to stay anchored in the West.
Even though the Desert Southwest had a pair of wind related advisories on Thursday, the end result for Friday was daytime highs that barely exceeded 80 degrees.
Normal daytime high temperatures for this time of year are in the mid 90s.
The large low will allow us to enjoy continued below normal mercury for the entire upcoming weekend, before the latest round of heat will begin it's surge as soon as Monday.
