Mother’s Day expected spending 2021

(KYMA, KECY/ CNN) - The National Retail Federation says Mother's Day spending is expected to total $28 billion .

Consumers are expected to spend an average of $220.

Nearly half of respondents say they are taking their mothers out on a special outing such as brunch.
