Hot Dog! Free meal for San Luis’s Class of 2020

Local family teams up with a eatery to celebrate graduates' achievements

SAN LUIS, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - With graduations going digital amidst the global pandemic, communities are coming together to celebrate their graduates' achievements.

In San Luis, one local resident has taken it upon himself to treat the Class of 2020 to a celebratory meal. Gary Snyder reached out to the owner of La SanLuisina a local eatery, and together they plan to give each senior a victory hotdog on them.

"For me it's just you know, it's just first nature you know you take care of your own, you take care of your family, you take care of your friend, take care of your neighbor. That's how I was brought up and to be honest I felt bad for these kids". Snyder told us.

On Sunday, May 24 the San Luis High School graduating class is invited to come down to La SanLuisina on C Street and Cesar Chavez Street and get their own victory hotdog. All they have to show is a valid school ID.
