Tarantino says he owes career to ‘The Golden Girls’
(KYMA/KECY) - Director Quentin Tarantino says he owes his entire career to the sitcom 'The Golden Girls'.
As silly as that sounds, he mentioned that he starred on the show as an Elvis impersonator. The episode did so well that he was paid $3,000 for it.
That then helped him fund his first film, Reservoir Dogs.
Tarantino''s recent film, 'Once A Upon A Time in Hollywood' took home several Golden Globes at this years awards ceremony.
